Scott Brothers Ltd Named as Supplier for the Hire Alliance Ltd

(20th October 2008) - Scott Brothers Ltd., the specialist distributor of innovative
portable cooling solutions, announces its membership of The Hire Alliance (THA) in
September 2008. THA is a buying group representing over 1,000 independent hire
companies, whose members are able to buy plant and tools at preferential prices. In
many cases, these arrangements allow members to deal direct with manufacturers,
cutting out the intermediaries.

Scott Brothers has joined THA to reinforce the company's commitment to the hire
industry. THA only brings on board suppliers who see the value of the independent
hire trade retailers. The supplier membership of THA is part of Scott Brother's
strategy to develop and expand into the tool hire market with its Convair and
Breezair range of portable evaporative coolers from Seeley.

Scott Brothers is the sole distributor of the Seeley range of portable evaporative
coolers for the UK and Ireland. The range of Convair products for the hire and
industrial markets includes the successful Commander and Mastercool products, which
are suitable for rooms and offices from 20m2 to 30m2. The recently launched new
Breezair Mobile Evaporative Cooler EA120SVM increases the capacity range of Convair
models enabling larger areas up to
120m2 to be cooled effectively using portable equipment. Bioclimatic coolers provide
a high cooling effect whilst utilising little energy and use no refrigerant
chemicals, providing steady cooling in a safe, cost-effective and environmentally
friendly way.

Duncan Pratt-Thompson, Head of Sales at Scott Brothers Ltd comments "Scott Brothers

hire industry, suitable for cooling a large number of facilities from offices and

the hire and professional trade markets."

THA membership provides Scott Brothers with an important opportunity to support the
advancement and use of mobile evaporative coolers by independent hire companies.
